No, we do not offer a selection of sugar-free baked goods at this time for customers with dietary restrictions.

We cannot guarantee that our baked goods are nut-free as some items may contain traces of nuts, nut oil, or another allergen. We recommend you take the necessary precautions based on any related allergies. We do try our best to avoid cross contamination but please use your own discretion.

No, we do not offer vegan desserts at this time.

Yes, we offer local pickup (free) and delivery (additional fee). These offers are available at checkout for certain zip codes. If you do not see local delivery at checkout, your area maybe outside our footprint. If you feel your zip code is within the surrounding area of Salisbury or Charlotte, NC, please contact us.

You can complete one of our custom cake order form here. All quotes are valid for 7 days.

Custom orders must be placed at least 3 weeks in advance. 

A non-refundable retainer fee payment is due at the time the order is confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid one week before your event. Any orders placed one week or less before your event, payment is due upon receipt.

Orders are usually started the following day (orders placed Monday, we would start making it Tuesday). Therefore, cancellation must received within 8 hours of placing your order. The request should be sent to  cassiescakepop@yahoo.com.

Please note:

• Depending on our workload, we may start fulfilling orders the same day it is received.
• Cancellations are subject to our refund policy.

No refunds are allowed if:

• The order has been made and/or shipped.

Refunds are given minus any cost accrued for items acquired to complete the order.

Exchanges are not allowed.
